You will take an interest in developing potential consultants to undertake bigger challenges and to work hand in hand with the overall team. As a senior consultant, you may have to assist your consultants from time to time to manage both client and candidates' expectations such as salary negotiation, employment benefits packages, joining date and others. Maintain relationships with existing clients and candidates to foster long-term relationship
