Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support to Trip.com in maintaining and building successful business partnerships with Trip.com\xe2\x80\x99s partners and manage all aspects of partner interactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the success of each account and manage our worldwide expansion by advising on building demand-based products that will eventually scale \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Partnerships and Affiliates Team in research, identification and segmentation of business opportunities (banks, airlines, affiliate websites, mobile platforms) to increase the number of potential visitors and traffic to Trip.com\xe2\x80\x99s website \xe2\x80\xa2 Highlight opportunity and key trends in the designated market; Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with the range of services of Trip.com to continuously optimize business opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all processes leading up to securing such partnerships (i.e. leads, prospecting, first contact, meetings, contract, integration and optimization) \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain a professional network within the travel industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, research and report findings on market developments in the travel industry.

Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in business development within a Technology company. Preferably in the travel space, with a good track record of establishing and implementing such partnerships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working cross functionally, results oriented and relationship builder \xe2\x80\xa2 Good business network in the Southeast Asia market with a strong ambition to keep expanding this network is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn; proactive, positive and self-motivated \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick and resourceful, team-player, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills
