THE ROLE

Manage and maintain existing and potential clients to establish rapport and secure business.
Research on organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities to actively generate revenue.
Find and develop new markets and improving sales.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for potential and existing clients and nurture business opportunities.
Responsible for the department\xe2\x80\x99s business goals and objectives.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to build strong relationship with new clients
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones by generating new leads and sales opportunities through multiple creative channels.
Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve maximum revenue
Periodic reporting and analyze sales performance to Management
Manage assigned product portfolio including product introduction and expand product range for customer
Inventory status check and management for business
Regular research and update on pricing benchmarking to ensure pricing competitiveness
Close partnership & coordinate with Buyers and internal stakeholders on VIP sales and bulk orders

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Experience from Wine/Liquor/Spirits/Retail/Travel Retail industry will be an added advantage
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
High-level communication skills with customers and stakeholders
Proven ability to negotiate
Design and implementation of business development strategy
The ability to self-motivate and lead a team
