• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors /College Degree

Certificate at any field.

• At least 2 years related experience

B. SKILLS AND ATTITUDE (SKILL & COMPETENCY)1. Preferably with a BS degree in any Business Course.2. With 3-5 years work experience in selling equipment is an advantage.3. Good communication skill, both written and oral.4. Computer literate and can operate common email application software.5. Good inter-personal skills.6. Highly motivated, self-starter and responsible enough to follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures.II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preferably have a bachelor's degree with some experience in sales/business development.
• Have knowledge of the principles and processes for marketing, sales and business development.
• Be able to demonstrate effective communication to ensure business outcomes.
• Be able to follow specific instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Have a valid state issued Driver's License with a clear driving record.
• Develop annual individual/organizational strategic sales plan in coordination with Owner.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities resulting in increased sales and revenue.
• Ensure existing business segment growth and service, maintaining the targeted retention rate and sales goals.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all company products and services.
• Independedently make sales calls contacting key decision makers and follow-up on sales leads.
• Schedule and safety perform job site demonstration.
• Set-up and represent the company at North Area
• Maintain accurate and timely completion of all adminstrative duties including, but bot limited to emails, expense, reports, call reports, forecasting, delivery tickets, and inventory control.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable to follow-up with customers on past due accounts.
• Resolve internal/external customers issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers and customers.
• Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical and professional manner.
