Position: Call Centre (Admin Department)

Location: Woodlands

Industry: Building & Construction

Responsibilities:

• Call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated.
• Manage & resolve customer’s feedback.
• Prepare and analyses reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
• Able to multi-task on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
• Expedite urgent requests, following through with customer
• Answer and log customer phone calls
• Maintain pleasant & positive phone voice and attitude
• Provide a solution for all callers- if answer is not known- will need to research and follow up
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information
• Develop productivity reports and interactive dashboards
• Update and work on tickets and tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Partner with various departments to understand business requirements and covert these to technical configuration
• Adhoc duties as required Requirements

• Relevant releted educational qualifications in administrative, co-ordination

• Relevant experience in Call Centre

• Knowledge of Call Centre telephony and technology Bilingual in English, Malay, Chinese or Tamil.
