To work with strategic partners (employers, self-help groups, employment-related agencies) to develop and implement strategies to facilitate offenders securing and retaining their jobs. To adhere to processes in improving job retention for various work reintegration programmes. Provide job retention support to offenders (clients) on work reintegration programmes. Act as the main liaison between employer, clients and other stakeholders for these programmes. Prepare clients to be job ready by conducting job preparation activities. Facilitate all work-related documentation and application. Conduct work site visits/make outbound calls (in accordance to monthly site/call plan) to check on clients on work reintegration programmes. Monitor progress of clients and provide regular updates on clients via informal & formal platforms. Identify suitable intervention programmes to help clients stay gainfully employed. Track job retention rate (3 months, 6 months, 9 months & 12 months) and monitor progress of the client at work. Other Duties Keep abreast with the latest developments in job market condition and national skills upgrading initiatives to manage expectations of clients, recommend suitable programmes, and make appropriate referrals for skills upgrading programs.
