Job Description
Our client is Pharmaceutical company and they are sourcing for Catalyst Engineer for new plant in Tuas.
Main job scope are support catalyst engineering in product manufacturing campaigns from the start of production, and providing technical support with respect to quality and until completion and release of the material.
This is 12 months agency contract (renewable / convertible to perm).
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm.
Working location: Tuas South Ave 6, Company Bus pickup at Jurong East MRT
Training will be provide. Responsibilities:
- Support Catalyst SME to configure Equipment, Phase Definition, Phase Maps, Model Policy, Batch Release Policy and Batch Review Template according to the DeltaV design.
- Co-ordinate with Automation team to align Catalyst model building with DeltaV and OSI-PI
- Ensure seamless data flow through all interfaces and hierarchies of system connectivity, within control system, and to other business systems
- Prepare and review system development lifecycle documents
- Provide training to the engineer to configure the equipment and phase maps/parameters on Catalyst to match the DeltaV system
- Guide engineer to write plant and operating models, trend batch processing aspects on Catalyst to aid investigations
- Provide day to day support for trouble shooting and mentoring support to personnel writing plant/operating models and personnel reviewing batches on the Catalyst application
