1) TO SUPERVISE SO AS TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICES MEET EXPECTATION 2) MUST BE WELL VERSE IN RESTAURANT ENVIROMENT 3) WORKING TILL LATE NIGHT 4) MUST AT LEAST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
