Job Description
- Refund / Claims / Accounting Exp Advantageous
- Prior Exp in a Number Sensitive Role Are Welcome To Apply
- IMMD
- Investigate applications received for Claims and authorize refund for before collection date
- Investigate cases pertaining to refund matters
- Inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
- Investigate refund disagreements raised by customers
- Attend to enquiries from operators pertaining to revaluation
- Attend to operators request for reports and enquiries on claims/cards
- Ensure that cheque refunds are processed accordingly
- Any other duties as assigned
- Possess refund / claims / accounting experience is preferred
- Prior experience in a number sensitive role are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour
- Location: Town
- Salary: From $2000 to $2500/mth

Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
- Monday to Friday
