Responsibilities:

  • Advisory and support the Asia Pacific and local Opcos on all C&B related activities.
  • Responsible for annual salary, bonus review cycles/process
  • Responsible for job evaluation of new roles and benchmarking
  • Responsible for manpower costing and resource planning
  • Responsible for market benchmarking, salary surveys and benefits review
  • Responsible for financial related activities, including budgeting, accrual, and re-charging processes
  • Work with team members to drive process review & improvements
  • Oversee and responsible for medical/insurance and benefits renewals and work with vendors on benefits renewal & administration.
  • Escalation for Opco payroll related matters
  • Oversee union industrial relations matter, disciplinary/ grievances, CA renewals etc
  • Responsible for annual audit and work with HR teams
  • Manage the Senior Management Remuneration Package and contract renewals
  • Mercer/SNEF/MOM/relevant bodies on salary benchmarking and industry surveys
  • Conduct market research, and carry out feasibility analysis, cost simulation / modelling
  • Maintain and ensure HR policies are updated
  • Work with Snr Manager on C&B projects
  • Work with HR teams on assignees\' package
  • Support team members on assignees\' process
  • Coach, develop and guide team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in Comp & Benefits work in an MNC. Knowledge and experience in union collective agreement negotiation is preferred
