Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore based Marine Offshore
- Working location: West Singapore
- Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon - Fri), 8.30am - 6pm
- Salary Range: up to $ 6000 (dep on exp); pick up transportation provided
- Develop and review company policies.
- Advise management on the company\'s compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
- Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.
- Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
- Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.
- Review on documents drafting, including letter or email.
- Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.
- Support projects and co-ordinate Company activities as assigned.
- Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.
- Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
