JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a strategic Corporate Human Resource Specialist to work with senior management to develop HR agenda that supports and drives the main goals of the organization. Your role is to assess the current state of HR and to ensure that the HR policy, procedures, and control are in line with the long-term future of the organization. You will work hand in hand with the HR department and in consultation with the leadership team to ensure everyone is aligned.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage, coach, and work with Regional Human Resources Specialists
  • Leverage HR colleagues in the team, Employee relations, to deliver full HR solutions in matters of performance, policies, and other HR matters.
  • Execute initiatives and programs to better align People & Organization strategy with the business objectives of designated client business units.
  • Engage and influence key stakeholders to support and implement P&O initiatives across the designated client business units.
  • Assist and/or lead P&O related projects.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of all new hires.
  • Support organization design opportunities across client groups
  • Partner/leverage our HR Centers of Excellence teams to support client groups and execute HR programs.
  • Develop, support, and communicate policies and procedures.
  • Support initiatives that help to maintain an open and positive work environment.
  • Ability to use data to identify key insights and tell stories.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Degree Strategic HRM or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in Corporate HR role.
  • HR specific skills include HRM knowledge & expertise, Recruitment & selection, Administration & Employee experience expertise, Cultural awareness & sensitivity, Wellbeing evangelism.
  • Business Acumen skills includes coaching, advising, commercial awareness, managing priorities, HR strategy creation and execution.
  • Soft Skills include Proactivity, Communications, Active Listening & Teamwork
  • Digital and Data literacy skills includes being analytical and data driven, HR reporting skills, Command of technology.
