Job Responsibilities:

Ensure month end inventory reports are sent to the customers timely
Process and confirm all customers\' orders received through Online Ordering Web portal
Attend to customers\' email and phone calls and coordinate with various departments for prompt reponses and replies
Liaise with customers to ensure all incoming shipping containers are managed professionally
Open new customer accounts and liaise closely with the customers on the web ordering procedures

Job Requirements:

With relevant working experience in customer service role
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
Good understanding of customers\' expectation
Good knowledge in automated web ordering IT software with proficiency working on computer
Working location: Mandai
Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 4:30PM; Sat, 8AM - 1PM
