Customer Service Executive (airfreight)

Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer web base reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
  • Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries promptly.
  • Update customers\xe2\x80\x99 profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the System.
  • Prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Must be customer-oriented, work well as team member and have high energy level / outgoing personality.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Possess good coordination and follow-up skills.
