Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customized reports and customer web base reports.
Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries promptly.
Update customers\xe2\x80\x99 profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the System.
Prepare Repair Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into web page.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Must be customer-oriented, work well as team member and have high energy level / outgoing personality.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Possess good coordination and follow-up skills.
