Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management, and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.
Responsibilities:
Booking of flights with airlines
Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Handle all customers\' enquiries timely and effectively
Work closely with internal operations to meet customers\' requirements
Ensure compliance with customers\' Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, and many more on shipment requirements
Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
Monitors progress to achieve month-end targets
Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
Take charge of supplier\'s invoice disputes
Take lead in issue resolutions
Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
All other ad-hoc work instructions from supervisor/ manager
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight)
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
