Skills: Customer Service, Front desk Service AssistanceOur client is seeking individuals with great personality and attitude towards assisting customers in resolving their concerns.Position Responsibilities:

  • The position will assist guests and visitors with their needs in providing assistance to the main office.
  • Will handle high-level and sensitive concerns pertaining to medical, safety and security aspects.
  • Must be quick minded and able to respond effectively and escalate to appropriate departments as necessary.
Position Requirements:
  • At least Secondary education, no specific field required.
  • Experience in customer service, guest management and comfortable in face-to-face interaction.
  • Able to communicate in English effectively with a second language communication ability (eg: Mandarin, Bahasa Malay, Bahasa Indonesian, Hindi).
