Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Manager to join us where you will play a role supporting the development of an iconic project.

Working in close collaboration with the project team, the role involves a wide range of keys tasks including the development and management of briefs, management of consultants, preparation and management of development programme, commercial reporting, managing costs including forecasting and provisioning, leasing, conversion of tenant opportunities, contract administration and various tasks contributing to ensuring the project vision is realised and project delivered in a timely manner.

As the Development Manager you will be tertiary qualified in in Engineering, Architecture, and/or Construction Management. Experience in infrastructure services management and knowledge of Construction, Property Development and Investment Management industries will be an added advantage. A pro-active self-start attitude along with strong commercial acumen is essential; strong communication skills and a collaborative nature consistent with developing and maintaining relationships across internal and external development functional teams is required to achieve results.
