In Singapore, FWD aims to change the way people feel about insurance by leveraging technology to deliver products and services that are relevant, easy to understand and always convenient for our customers. To this end, we have a direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform that allows customers to buy their preferred life and general insurance products directly from our website; as well as a network of preferred Financial Advisory (FA) firms for customers who want to speak with an advisor before committing to an insurance plan. Programme details

This is an 18-month rotational programme comprised of three 6-month rotations across different functions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in a range of fields, applying your skills and expertise to a variety of projects. When you can demonstrate you have what it takes, you may have the opportunity to spend your second or third rotation in one of our other businesses across Asia. Following the 18 months, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the opportunity to progress to an ongoing role. This opportunity will be based on your interests as well as the needs of our business.

The experience and background we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

The following are the essentials:

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Preferably, you have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related discipline. But if you don\xe2\x80\x99t, then show us your interest in this area through previous internships or work experience
• Relevant work experience is also highly desirable

We\xe2\x80\x99re also strongly interested in candidates with a \xe2\x80\x98cloud-first\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98data-driven\xe2\x80\x99 mentality. Within this, knowledge in the following would be an advantage:
