Aim to work with the best and innovative technologies in Singapore and around the region, Yijiahe (Singapore) is recruiting talented people to grow the engineering team to bring forward solutions for a better patient outcomes to the world. As a key member of the medical product design and development team, you will your team members to work with cross functional project team, delivering new and innovative technical solutions for clinical application. You will play a critical role in designing robotic medical systems integrating diagnostic, interventional and machine learning platform with functions such as imaging processing, visualization, needle navigation and precision robotics control.


Perform a wide range of secretarial and administrative tasks for the Company which includes but is not limited to;

  • handling of expense reports and invoice payments, handling suppliers and vendors, coordinating with outsource partners, gathering relevant information for administrative decision making and more.
  • Provide administrative support to the managing director such as following up on work tasks and email correspondences, recording meeting minutes, produce reports or PPTs, making reservations and/or travel related arrangements, running errands etc.
  • Help to manage incoming and outgoing documents and billing on a timely manner including but not limited to couriers, contracts, name card printing, etc.
  • Help manage basic accounting related tasks
  • Help to ensure the proper functioning of the office premise and the upkeep of the office premise
  • Handle various tasks including HR / Recruitment,
  • Process Paypoll & Monthly Reimbursement
  • Submit employee income tax
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Background
  • Business background with several years of relevant experience in Singapore
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Good command of written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally tech savvy
  • Being flexible and adaptable to performing a wide range of tasks
  • Willing to learn, able to multitask and priorities work
