Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis

Work with team members with regards to development of financial and budgetary plans
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
Perform market analysis and provide recommendations on business expansion locally and internationally
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and challenges of key initiatives
Draw on relationships with external partners and vendors to make decisions on operational activity and strategic goals
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely running of business
Devise strategies for ensuring company growth, and implement process improvements
Uphold the organization's policies and standards, and ensure that legislative regulations are being followed
Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance or related field, MBA or Master degree will be a plus
Eight or more years in a senior leadership role in a relevant field
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
Ability to streamline or implement new structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
Preferred qualifications
Experience in developing business plans and strategies
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions that lead to increased productivity
Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
Advanced organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (ex: Microsoft Office, CRM)
