This pivotal role will strategically drive and deliver recruitment effectiveness, policy\xe2\x80\x99s, tools, and programmes that provide high organisational impact and improve the recruitment performance of IHG\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment engine room. In tandem with this - you will effectively leverage resources to provide strategic design, consultation, and support to ensure alignment and provide guidance to the business on use of emerging Resourcing technologies, innovation, practices, and trends to drive the modernization of Talent Acquisition both globally, but at a regional level across multi boundaries also. Supplier partnership, both new and yet to be discovered will also be a key element of this role both contractually and performance also. Compliance, governance, candidate management and care will be an integral part of this role and the maintenance of all legislative requirements within the recruitment lifecycle. The role is a natural connector of data and reporting to drive meaningful recruitment insights, performance and monitoring of any agreed KPI@s or measurements. Both a guardian and gatekeeper of how recruitment is carried out - the IHG way will underpin the organisations core values and beliefs and reflect an employer brand that others will be inspired to join.
