About This Role:

The Employee Experience (Human Resources) Specialist is a member of Forrester\xe2\x80\x99s global employee experience resource center. The EX resource center serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking EX-related support and is responsible for the operational support of the broader EX department. The team collaborates to resolve all employee inquiries and assist the internal EX team in executing various processes and projects critical to the company. To be successful, the EX Specialist must maintain detailed employee records, collaborate across teams and leaders to seek information, and work through a variety of employee needs and styles.

This particular role takes the lead on employee and operational support in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, specifically Singapore, India, Australia, and Hong Kong. In addition to these core duties, this role will also be responsible for managing transactional APAC benefits and immigration inquiries.

:

EX resource center global support

Support employees by answering questions via the EX resource center inquiry platform and through the shared phone line. Escalate and/or collaborate with others on cases as needed.

Initiate process approval chains related to all major employee changes (including promotions/comp increases, position changes, and schedule changes) and own processes from beginning to end, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and the employee\xe2\x80\x99s experience.

Administer RC processes for onboarding and offboarding new employees, which includes ensuring the completion of required paperwork, making any required updates to the HCM, and serving as a general resource for any employee support needed during these transitions.

Manage requests for new job requisitions/postings; collect compensation details, business justifications, and job descriptions while exercising urgency as needed.

Provide operational support to all EX functions on a variety of EX- and business-related projects and programs (i.e., annual review, talent calibrations, career development initiatives).

Identify and/or participate in projects that enhance employee experience and boost efficiency within the EX team.

Maintain the completeness and organization of employee personnel files and systems.

Provide accurate and high-quality data reports to EX team members and various business leaders.

Collaborate with team members in creating and/or reviewing EX process documents to pursue continuous improvement and alignment with global Forrester EX practices and philosophy.

Coordinate with external service providers or accessible platforms to complete any required tasks for employee immigration and international mobility needs.

APAC benefits administration

Maintain accurate employee benefit records in core areas such as group health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, pension, and any other statutory benefits. Assist employees with benefits questions and consult with internal resources and appropriate vendors and/or external benefit consultant to resolve employee issues.

Conduct new hire employee benefits orientation sessions and follow up on applicable paperwork.

Review and maintain proper coverage for employees (i.e., enrollments, changes, etc.).

Administer new hires, life events, processes, and open enrollment, if applicable.

Administer APAC leaves of absence; coordinate with the director of benefits for complex leaves. Accurately track leaves in Workday.

Build and manage relationships with internal payroll teams and third-party benefits providers, brokers, and administrators.

Identify new compliance requirements and propose solutions to maintain compliance with local regulations.

Provide finance with required documentation, employee information, or audit reviews as needed.

Perform benefit transactions in HR system and third-party platforms for specific countries.

Provide additional support to the total rewards team as needed.

Participate in benefit benchmarking activities for the company.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of five years of human resources experience.

Good knowledge of multicountry, Asia Pacific labor regulations/processes and benefits.

Strong attention to detail and process; the ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask high volumes of work.

The ability to quickly adapt to change and reprioritization of work.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with discretion around sensitive company information and confidential employee matters.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and good computer technology skills.

HCM experience is preferred; knowledge of Workday HCM is a plus.

Creative problem-solving skills; someone who approaches new situations with curiosity and a positive attitude, makes recommendations on possible solutions, and can successfully navigate ambiguity.

The ability to build rapport with the EX team and with internal clients (employees).

Passion for going above and beyond to create excellent employee experiences.

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Experience with Singapore immigration administration is a plus.
