Executive Assistant

\xc2\xb7 Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to C-suites.

\xc2\xb7 Calendar management, schedule meetings

\xc2\xb7 Manage contacts/address books (including input and organisation of physical business cards)

\xc2\xb7 Organising and support in the preparation of meeting, materials and taking minutes when required

\xc2\xb7 Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries when required

\xc2\xb7 Preparing expense reports and submission of expense claims

\xc2\xb7 Management of reception, preparation of meeting rooms

\xc2\xb7 Courier services

\xc2\xb7 Office supplies

\xc2\xb7 Business continuity plan

\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc administrative duties and any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional problem-solving acumen with the confidence to find solutions and make decisions

\xc2\xb7 Flexible and open to take on a wide variety of work

\xc2\xb7 Team player with a strong work ethic
