Staff Engagement Activities We are looking out for a creative and energetic individual to join the dynamic HR team to manage staff engagement activities and Income's annual staff engagement survey. Staff Engagement Activities Manage Income major staff events (including Income gives back, a yearly staff CSR event) and festive celebrations. This includes conceptualizing, planning and execution. Appointment of organising team members, action plan and timelines. Handle communication with organising teams on budget and expenses matters Prepare presentation slides for senior management/CEO Evaluate post event effectiveness Contribute and implement work improvements and/or new initiatives in area of responsibility Staff Engagement Survey Provide support in survey preparation, work with HRBPs on mapping of division data Track survey status and think of ways to boost participation rate Work with respective HRBPs and departments on preparation for deep dive Others HR projects as assigned Qualifications - External Project and event management exposure Meticulous, resourceful, self-driven and creative Ability to influence and garner support Ability to manage event companies, vendors Ability to build positive working relationship internally and externally Good to haveDesign skills (creation of edm's, collaterals) Powerpoint & Excel knowledge
