The candidate will be joining eZTracker team, a ground-breaking new Blockchain Solution in Pharma Supply Chain, as Business Analyst. The solution aims to create unprecedented traceability and visibility for products flowing through the pharma supply chain while also empowering patients and healthcare practitioners to identify counterfeit products in the market.. Both team and the business are in infancy, so we are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to help us accelerate and scale.. Our Business Analyst will be focus on defining proper user stories with acceptance criteria with PO and scrum team and ensuring documentations are in place and updated. He/she must also be curious about how the solution work end to end and how things work. This will help in analysing and understanding the impact of enhancements and bugs.. Additionally, applicants will benefit from having an understanding in blockchain networks and solution design - specifically in Hyperledger - although this is not a necessary pre-requisite.. The ideal candidate should be energetic, personable, and positive. They must have a ruthless commitment and passion to getting things done on time and with great quality.. As with most start-ups, the candidate should expect a high degree of agility, independence, and collaboration so all applicants should thrive and be able to deliver outcomes under situations of uncertainty. Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive will be key.Responsibilities of the role. Gathering critical information from various stakeholders.. Performing requirements analysis.. Facilitate product owner to define user story and acceptance criteria.. Working closely with Project Manager, Product Manager, Scrum Master and Scrum Team for end-to-end release.. Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members.. Provide guidance on test plan and quality assurance with manual and automation test engineer.. Ensure quality of product. Oversee testing team. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.. Performing user acceptance testing and SIT (if required).. Help to review user stories when done.. Organize and update tech and business documentation for audit and knowledge sharing.. Create/maintain application process flows. Facilitates and supports all scrum events in the event Scrum Master is not present: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.. Drive Product Backlog Refinement sessions with Devs and Testers.. Familiar with Azure Devops or similar tools to manage user stories.. Participate in product development discussions on product road map.. Able to do impact analysis of any system changes. Need to have a curious mind to understand how things work for the solution end to end. Job requirementsMinimum educational level and relevant experience required. At least 2-5 years' experience with bachelor's degree . Basic knowledge of an Agile framework or method, especially Scrum. Proven track record of BA throughout product lifecycle. Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills. Expert at requirements gathering, writing of stories and acceptance criteria. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in using Azure DevOps or Jira or similar tools to manage product backlog. Experience in using Confluence (nice to have). Experience in managing or working with mobile apps and websiteCompetence requirements.
