Job Description

We are looking for an F&B Operations Manager manage the day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards for all F&B operations in Sentosa Island under Mount Faber Leisure Group, which includes, Snack Bar, Café, Restaurant, Food Court and various Kiosk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• To lead the operations team to deliver within specific standards and schedules required
• To manage overall costs including material, equipment’s, manpower & etc
• To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlets on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes
• To work along with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotion plans
• Manage and supervise the food & beverage staff to ensure maximum utilization of the manpower allocated
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS software & etc)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Must have Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Hygiene Officer Certificate
• A team player, meticulous, organized and service-oriented
• Able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to start work immediately
