This role involves providing technical presentations to customers and industry peers, enhancing and correcting work instructions and training guides, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support cross-functional teams to resolve any administrative challenges related to equipment delivery and installation and serve as an escalation point for service specialists and engineers.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Technical Support:\xc2\xb7 Provide technical support for PMC products including presentations.\xc2\xb7 Undertake onsite technical support and site surveys to assess the feasibility of using PMC products.2. Customer Management:\xc2\xb7 Manage customer interface and project commercials for PMC projects and services.\xc2\xb7 Commission PMC products and systems both on-site and remotely to end-user specifications.\xc2\xb7 This includes Tank Gauging products, Fluid Loading/Blending/Injection/Calibration products, portable level/temp Tank systems products, and other related PMC products and solutions.3. Service and Repairs:\xc2\xb7 Conduct workshop repair and servicing of PMC products.\xc2\xb7 Offer technical training to end-users on products and systems.\xc2\xb7 Develop technical documentation on the usage and features of PMC systems.4. General Tasks:\xc2\xb7 Ensure necessary prerequisites like design inputs and documentation are available before beginning work.\xc2\xb7 Produce and adhere to conceptual, functional, and detailed design specifications.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all tasks meet the desired quality and engineering standards.\xc2\xb7 Share technical insights and knowledge with the project team and other engineering disciplines.\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify areas for quality and efficiency improvements.MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Electrical trade, or related discipline.
  • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong proficiency in instrumentation and electromechanical tasks.
  • Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC systems.
  • Proficiency in the Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic networking skills and knowledge of Web Server and active directory would be an added advantage.
WE VALUE:
  • Previous industry experience in field service engineering or a related field.
  • Technical experience with installation, servicing, and repair of complex systems.
  • Strong customer service background and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Advanced Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proficient presentation skills, capable of engaging and educating an audience effectively.
