Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based Non-Profit Organization
• Working days & hrs: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday ; 9am to 6pm ; Saturday 9am - 1pm (WFH) )
• Salary Range: up to S$ 6,000 (dep to exp) + AWS

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible and oversee HR, Finance, IT, and Operations policies of the organization and ensure efficient execution of processes across departments.
• Ensure that organizational policies and processes adhere to local authorities\' standards.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies, total rewards strategies, and other HR strategies.
• Develop the annual budget and optimize expenses for the organization.
• Develop and ensure secure IT processes in alignment with industry standards.
• Manage and supervise the Corporate team, providing leadership and support in day-to-day activities.
• Relevant study in Business Administrations, Management or any
• In-depth understanding and knowledge of HR, Finance, IT and Operations policies and practices
• Experienced in budget development, expenses optimization and financial management
• Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on corporate services, operations, and strategic management.
