Main / Key Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the function room during shift
\xc2\xb7 Attend to clients enquiries/requests for ongoing function room bookings.
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with clients and coordinate amongst internal (i.e. security, housekeeping) & external parties (i.e. caterers) on logistical requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Any administrative work assigned by OIC.
