We’re looking for senior associates to join our Strategy and Operations team. As part of team, you will help manage a multitude of operational tasks, projects, programs, and other strategic initiatives for GDS Consulting.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Responsible in creating internal and external collaterals to be used for dissemination of information for GDS Consulting service line
• Review and oversee internal communication from the different functions within the Operations Team
• Manage and execute full year communication plan for the service line
• Maintain “PH Profile” presentation for GDS Consulting
• Work with Business Leaders on their decks for townhalls, functions and different engagements
• Coordinate with the local Brand, Marketing and Communications team any global and local initiatives and help execute for GDS Consulting
• Manage, execute, and track to completion different projects or initiatives laid out for GDS Consulting
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders for any competency assistance needed
• Provide support to the business through reports generation and data analysis.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Excellent English-language copywriting, editing and storytelling skills; strong communication skills both oral and written
• Experience in managing PR campaigns, media relations and external channels, including events and partnerships
• Ability to network and collaborate across a matrixed organization, comfortable working in a flexible and agile environment, often with virtual teams
• Proven capability to translate the business agenda into high-quality, audience-centric communications
• Possesses working knowledge of a variety of graphic design platforms (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, etc.) & other web-based tools.
• Creative, innovative thinking and problem solving
• Has attention to detail and good organization skills
• Strong client service focus - responsive to requests; has a sense of urgency in resolving issues
• Flexible and able to easily adapt to constant changes in the organization
• Has interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
• Self-starter; able to work independently
• Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor

Educational qualifications and Experience:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-5 years of working experience. Background on Advertising, Marketing, Internal & External Communication is an edge
