Store manager: The role is responsible for the profitable delivery of the Gelatissimo experience and system within their store. This includes all elements associated with achieving customer, operational, financial and product outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Strong ambassador and brand advocate for Gelatissimo
Maintain store in line with brand standards and expectations
Deliver consistent high standard customer experience
Drive store profitability to achieve budget
Ensure compliance with food safety & WH&S requirements
Product production and merchandising to brand standards
Lead, recruit, train and motivate instore team
Plan and manage day to day operations of a store
Formulate and implement local store marketing plans
Weekly rostering responsibility for the store
Submit payroll report monthly

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and ensure all workflow is handled efficiently by staff
Strong leadership skills to assist in the guidance and training of new workers
Excellent organisational skills for managing worker schedules, day-to-day priorities, and stock
Ability to keep calm and level-headed in a high volume environment
Excellent customer service skills for assisting with retail floor responsibilities
Valid and current certification in Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate for food safety practices
Experience in co-managing a team in a fast-paced environment
Energy and the ability to engage your customers and build long lasting relationships
