Job Title:General ManagerJob Summary:As a GM, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the business. You will oversee service standards, operational efficiency, member/guest experience, staff retention and profitability as well as all aspects of day-to-day management. You will have full P&L responsibility and will have to drive revenues and manage costs while delivering a high level of service and hospitality.The Role:You must be an ambassador for the brand and fully embrace our ethos and support its purpose. As a leader, you will be expected to lead by example for all staff and be the strongest advocate for all members.You will demonstrate an incredible work ethic and abide by key qualities of curiosity, kindness, fairness, transparency, and courage. As a strategic business partner, you will fill a critical role as a facilitator connecting and aligning all teams to deliver the company\'s experience.You will work very closely with all Heads of Departments to deliver unforgettable moments through staff, food, drink, events and amenities. You will work collaboratively with the management team to develop strategy and goals which will be translated to actional budgets and plans. You will then be responsible for ensuring the effective communication and implementation of the plans together with the management team. You will also support the growth and development of the brand and business as it expands into other new markets and concepts.You will also partner and work closely with management of our restaurant on an advisory capacity to help solve issues as and when they arise and provide guidance to help improve operations.Main Duties
