Job Description

. Plans for and owns the portfolio growth of South APAC for both our subscription and one-off business . Drives markets in South APAC to achieve the sales targets set by the General . Drives markets in South APAC to achieve the sales targets set by the General Manager, President - APAC . Oversees daily commercial operations for the South APAC region, with a focus on the growth of our subscription and one off revenues . Ensures targets are met across all markets . Ensures the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted commercial results, goals and objectives. . Coordinates the development of key performance goals for commercial functions (New Business, Account Management, Client Success, Consultancy and Field Services) and direct reports. . Monitors weekly commercial activity levels, ensuring sales metrics and KPIs are met by the commercial teams . Problem solves and ensures the creation and implementation of commercial strategies designed to grow the South APAC portfolio (subscription and one-off) . Build strong connection with top decision makers (GM/MD/CEO Level) in key customer companies, engages in key or targeted customer activities, including executive sponsorship of key accounts within the Asia Pacific region . Identifies opportunities and risks in the South APAC market and provides recommendations to General Manager, President - APAC . Reports key results to General Manager, President - APAC. . Rolling out successfully current and future business investments across markets in a strategic and commercially minded manner . Oversee key hiring and talent development programs. . Communicate strategy and results to employees in the South APAC region . To carry out any other tasks which arise from time to time to ensure the efficient, economical and legally compliant running of the Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam markets Requirements . Proven experience and success as a senior manager or other managerial position . Proven commercial success in the business . Strong understanding and experience of our South APAC markets . Strong communication skills . Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans . Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company . Stakeholder management . Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills . Strong track record of showing outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
