Report to Global CEO and Global Operation Head. They are in Singapore office.
Review all data and formulate the global unified guidelines frame of human resources policies, procedures, benefits, and others.
Deploy global HR initiatives and projects to support the achievement of HR Operations objectives as well as proactively supporting continuous improvement initiatives in HR areas.
Establish and implement new HR policies and procedures to all offices. Participate in local, regional, and global projects on an ad-hoc basis of Compensation and benefits management that may often require engagement with a variety of HR team
Statistics and integration the global Office HR related policies, procedures, information, data.
Design, generate, and distribute queries, reports, and statistical summaries related to HR works.
Follow up the activities of HR support involving hiring, dismissals, vacations, leaves, transfers, and the other HR processes.
Assist in the coordination of large-scale organizational changes and provide both administration and face-to-face support.
Requirements
8+ relevant working experience in Human Resources preferably in a Shared Services/ HR Operations environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Preferred, or recognized qualification/certification in Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality multi-site or remote clients.
Thorough knowledge of concepts and practices within the HR function and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with high levels of verbal and numerical reasoning and PPT.
Ability to work effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters.
Bilingual languages in English and Mandarin, good written in Mandarin PPT to communicate with boss and oversea colleagues.
