About Our Team TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to support growing businesses. As a Talent Acquisition Lead at TikTok, you will connect deeply with the business to learn how TikTok grows into one of the most popular applications in the world, support TikTok's core business teams to design tailored recruiting strategies, as well as sourcing top talent. You will also collaborate with regional and global human resources professions to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to tackle global challenges. Responsibilities 1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies across multiple regions. 2. Partner with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines. 3. Scale the TA team, lead key initiatives and projects for the Global Product & RD team, and cross-functional teams in multiple timezones, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results. 4. Work with large sets of numbers and data, and be able to translate data into insights to influence stakeholders and drive better hiring decisions. 5. Discover, attract and lead a diverse high-performing team.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. 10+ years of experience in recruiting with demonstrated success in building out, leading, or managing teams of high-performing individuals.3. Ability to influence through excellent relationship building, expertise, and data. Analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends. 4. Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders. Ability to take initiative to get things done in tandem with developing strategies and hands-on execution. 5. Optimistic and collaborative, with an ability to adapt to ambiguity and build from scratch.
