:- . Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director / Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run and manage the new business growth and development of the business operations of :- . Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director / Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run and manage the new business growth and development of the business operations of Singapore and contribute positively to the business operations within South East Asia through client engagements, business development, partnership, rapport building etc through active and proactive collaboration with the Recruiting teams under Chinese desk in Indonesia and/or SEA, to serve existing Chinese companies in Indonesia/South East Asia or Chinese companies who have plans to expand to South East Asia, to facilitate the clients' hiring and talent acquisition plans . To develop strong mindshare and positiveness within the senior executives of the Chinese companies who are already operating in Indonesia and/or SEA or companies who have plans to enter South East Asia . Support and position as a strong catalyst for building talent pipelines for Indonesia market and/or SEA (as and when required) . Actively be involve in professional and social networking to drive strategic business connections that will stimulate business growth in Indonesia (Headcount allocated) . Incharge of and drive winning partnership and/or strategic collaboration in Indonesia with industry partners such as universities, schools, private sectors or even government agencies that lead to growth in mindshare, brand awareness and revenue/profitability . Responsible for new business development and client acquisitions for core business of Talentvis ie. Recruitment & Executive Search and other HR solutions/offerings to increase market share and bottomline for the businesses in Indonesia (Headcount allocated) . Launch and be the Product Owner aka Project Manager of new HR products/offerings that are suitable for Indonesia and/or SEA through step by step market validation, market research and analysis, preparation work for go to market . Co-Work and be involved with Head of Tech to improvise and enhance a more robust internal ERP system that is scalable for use for evolving Indonesia and/or SEA market . Co-Work with Human Resource, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the Indonesia business and/or regional business (if applicable) . To work together within the management team in Indonesia to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics . Monitor and analyse market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode . Backup Regional Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to . Any special/strategic/confidential projects as and when required
