About the Marketing team
As an Omnichannel retail company, our success heavily relies on our ability to effectively describe and market our products to potential customers by crafting compelling communication that helps us drive sales and grow our brand. The key responsibilities of team members include understanding our customers to create content and communication that will resonate with them, while also focusing on the features and benefits of our products that set them apart from competitors. Our content is designed to ensure we communicate how our products can solve problems or improve the lives of our customers.
As Growth and Performance Marketing lead you\'ll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives across user growth from acquisition, retention, partnerships and performance marketing including search/SEO. You\'ll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You\'ll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. This role will report to the Regional Head/SVP Singapore.
In this role you will be responsible for
Define growth strategies and own our key growth metrics
Manage, coach and develop a small sized team with a focus on building a high performance team
Own the customer journey down through the marketing pipeline through Acquisition, CRM Marketing, Performance Marketing and SEO optimization
Enable high impact external partnerships to scale user growth
Identify the right mix of marketing channels, activities and programmes to support the achievement of monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
Defining processes and facilitating best practices that speed up the opening of opportunities from marketing
Explore new ways to reach our audiences and experiment with new acquisition channels
Forecast, measure, analyze, and report trends in data to obtain marketing and product insights on user behavior
Collaborate with product, operations, and brand marketing teams to surface and act on key growth opportunities
Who we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
8 - 10 years of experience in growth marketing in FMCG/Retail/ecommerce and other relevant industries
At least 2+ years of experience managing a team
Proven experience in developing and executing digital growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics
Data driven skillset to analyze, optimize and drive efficiency of ROAS/CAC
Proven experience delivering high impact partnerships
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
In depth Singapore/ South east Asia market experience
Preferred Qualifications
Worked previously in ambiguous and fast paced environments
