Guest Relations Officer (indian Japanese Fine Dining Restaurant)

Job Description
The Guest Relations Officer will assist the hostess in handling guest special request and involved in organizing guest reservations, as well as ensuring smooth operation of the Restaurant. The working days and hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 12nn to 10pm but may change depending on operational requirements.
Roles and Supporting Responsibilities
- Assist the hostess in handling phone and email reservation enquiries
- Receive all bookings through the reservations system
- Meet and greet all guests on arrival
- Escort guests to their preferred or reserved table and seat guests according to the restaurant standard
- Assist with service on the floor during dining hours
- To build excellent rapport with the guests and maintain a file of guest preferences
- Be able to recognize our regular patrons and their needs and preferences
- Any other ad-hoc jobs or duties assigned by the Hostess and Managers from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in using Microsoft office tools and be tech savvy
- Excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills
- Well-organized and clean
- No relevant experiences needed, full training will be provided
- Location \xe2\x80\x93 Walking distance from Outram Park or Maxwell MRT Station
- Working Hours 12nn to 10pm (Tuesday to Saturday)
