  • Engage with patrons to understand their preferences, dietary restrictions, and special occasions, tailoring their dining experience accordingly.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their visit.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Deliver exceptional service at all times, ensuring guests receive the highest level of attention and care.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Coordination with Restaurant Staff:
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure a seamless and smooth dining experience for guests.

  • Upselling and Revenue Generation:
  • Promote special offers, tasting menus, and exclusive experiences to guests when appropriate.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to upsell premium menu items and wine selections, contributing to increased revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or hospitality establishment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the restaurant\'s high standards.
