Job Description

Leading the kitchen team, designing and executing creative menus to high standards, and managing all kitchen operations, including inventory, food costing, and staff scheduling. They are also responsible for training staff, ensuring quality and presentation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment.

Culinary expertise:

A strong foundation in cooking techniques, creativity, and a passion for food is essential.

Leadership and management:

The ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team is crucial.

Financial acumen:

Understanding of food cost management, budgeting, and profitability is necessary for success.

Experience:

5 years minimum kitchen management experience is typically required, often with a background in fine dining or high-volume operations.

Organizational skills:

Excellent planning and organizational skills are needed to manage a busy kitchen environment.

Adaptability:

The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands is key.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,300.00 - $6,000.00 per month
