Urban Renewables is looking for an exceptional Sales & Business Development executive for our Electrical Vehicle Chargers proposition. You will be part of the growing EV charging industry in Singapore. We are looking for someone who is laser focused, results-oriented and great at seeking out and engaging with customers. You'll play an extremely crucial role in the company as the first point of contact with potential customers and taking these leads through the entire process from inquiry to purchase and aftercare. You will work closely with the engineering team who will take the responsibility of executing the project. If you have high expectations of yourself, never let rejections weigh you down, you might have what it takes. Manage the Business development team for both Solar, EV charging and Carbon offset. Identify and develop new business opportunities in sustainable building management. Build client lists and identify key contacts for Solar/ EV Charging and our carbon offset offering. Establish agreements and relationships with external parties such as suppliers, business collaborations and strategic partners. Handle all client enquiries pre and post-purchase to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Coordinate their needs with the internal and external teams. Divining the company's sales & business development strategy and processes including quotations Divining our customer offering based on customer feedback Providing up-to-date weekly/monthly pipeline progress report. Requirements Work experience: 8+ years of experience in the combination of Real Estate and Sustainability. As well as in sales and business development Experience with different sustainability solutions in an international work environment Knowledge of the build environment is preferred Degree in Business related fields, such as Bachelor's in Business or Masters in Business Administration. Skills needed: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills Experience in outbound sales and/or client acquisition Strong management and communication skills
