Develops & executes a regional APAC strategy for Specific OE
Developing and achieving specific OE APAC business plan in coordination with Regional Leadership and BL Non-Auto and Specific OE.
Development of APAC niche OEM business in Truck & Bus, Offhighway and Special Driveline segments and other niche OE segments.
Development of Offhighway independent aftermarket spare parts strategy and execution in a non-conflicting way to the central OES business.
OP responsibility for Spec OE APAC region, in alignment with all country heads.
Development of local OE teams, guide and monitor their activities and goals closely.
Act as a local representative for the APAC Region with divisional central contacts.
Monthly measuring and monitoring the business plan (OP) for Specific OE in alignment with Head of Global Spec OE. Follows-up on the identified actions for the regions to compensate for possible shortfalls.
Coverage: Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, China (partly), Vietnam, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Leadership skills to guide, steer and develop OE Team in APAC.
Passion and extensive understanding of Tier 1 business and OEMs
Business development experience with OEMs in Truck and Bus segments
Ability to work in complex matrix organization, act on executive levels with excellent shareholder and negotiation abilities externally and internally.
Financially strong, analytical skills in reporting, forecasting and data analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills
