Role Summary: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and execute RGE Group\xe2\x80\x99s business expansion strategy including managing risks

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Advise the shareholders and top management team on India business opportunities and growth strategy
• Lead and execute RGE Group\xe2\x80\x99s business expansion strategy including managing risks in India
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders in India, including state and central governments, banks, business associations and other industrial players
• Identify, evaluate and execute Greenfield investment opportunities in India
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of JV opportunities in India
• Manage M&A transactions in India
• Support the commercial team to grow the existing business in India and Subcons

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 15 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
