SECURITY PRODUCT BUSINESS CHAMPION

s:

Business champion to manage sales team and project operation team to achieve orders target, sales target and profit target.
Covers business development, market development and product management, supported by product development team and product marketing team.
Covers project deliveries and field implementation, supported by production department and logistic department.
Regular meet-ups and briefings to existing and new clients, local (primarily) and overseas (opportunistic), to promote/market product and to generate demands.
Monitor business and market trends to determine product road maps and R&D investment required.
Ensure smooth project implementations and tackle any issues promptly.
Report to higher management order forecast, sales forecast, project statuses and work activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering or Science
At least ten years work experience in relevant market segment, with good track records
At least two years work experience in dealing with clients in senior positions
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Able to prepare and deliver good presentations and speak in public confidently
Able to travel
