Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters for Workers;
Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
Work pass applications, renewals and cancellation;
Ensure timely update of employees\xe2\x80\x99 database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
Process payroll on a timely basis such as computation of monthly salaries and deductions;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
ITE or Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred;
Minimum 5 years in relevant HR administration role in construction industry;
Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labour legislation;
Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
Working experience with any HRIS systems;
Knowledge of payroll
Organized and able to take stress
Willing to take up ad-hoc projects from time to time
