Direct Search Global has been tasked by a PE backed healthcare platform to fill a position for HR Advisor for their office in Singapore. Read more about this job from our below: RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide robust HR advice and guidance to Directors and Senior Managers on the whole employee life cycle, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related issues
  • Oversee the human resources administrative procedures and ensure procedures are in adherence to employment law
  • Adopt a proactive and supportive approach to managers in respect of guidance and working methods on individual and organizational development, policies, procedures, good practices and working processes necessary to enhance performance
  • Plan and execute HR plans and strategies
  • Advise on payroll, employment law, workplace relations, performance management and related matters
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Any other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
  • A university graduate, or appropriately qualified professional
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience with HR advisory/consulting
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Candidate with experience in healthcare sector will have added advantage
