We are thrilled to be partnering with a global leading technology giant on a newly created HR Business Partner opportunity based in Singapore. We encourage applicants who are able to speak native Chinese Mandarin to apply for this position.Your role as a HR Business Partner will act as a key partner to the CoE functions and HR Shared Services teams based across the region. Your core responsibilities will be to manage a diverse portfolio of HR projects that will include but not limited to; talent management, compensation and benefits or employee relations. Whilst acting as a key liaison between department heads and the HR leadership team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll establish the localization of global initiatives and projects whilst ensuring policies and processes remain compliant and consistent. Your expertise and strategic mindset will play a core role in establishing coherent and streamline relationships across the business on a regional and global level.The suitable individual should bring at least 8 years of all-rounded HR business partnering experience within a sizeable organisation with an understanding and demonstrated experience managing matrix environments. You should be someone who is able to solve HR projects through a strategic and commercial mindset whilst understanding how to approach and solve matters through an effective and resourceful manner. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams and stakeholders should come naturally with a proven ability to manage complex employee and people issues seamlessly with a professional approach.Location: SingaporeThanks for your time.
