Job Responsibilities
- Assist the project team with the planning and implementation of the HR projects.
- Communicate with clients and the project team to understand project requirements and project scope.
- Participant in projects like Job Redesign, Recruitment, Com & Ben, Performance Management, and Training.
- Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
- Monitor project status to meet completion timelines.
- Assist in marketing and customer service.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate with English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients
- Prior experience as internal HR at the level of HR Executive is ideal.
- Knowledge of HR principles and policies.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Willing to meet clients
