Developing and maintaining strong relations with business unit to effectively perform the HR functions
Assist the VP HR in overall manpower planning and audit of operations of the business unit
Establish clear performance standards with accountability and responsibility for the team
Review and implement existing HR policies to ensure compliance to current legislations
Develop and review processing workflows and procedures to achieve organizational/ business objectives
Prepare and provide monthly updates on business unit\'s manpower resource/ manning and data reports
Consult and escalate all non-resolved HR issues to VP HR
Any other responsibilities or projects assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
At least 5 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years managing a team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Unit4 Prosoft HRMS will be most advantageous
IHRP certified will have added advantage
