Job Highlights Dental Allowance Performance Increment AWSJob Highlights Dental Allowance Housing Allowance AWSJob Highlights Walking Distance to MRT Station 5-Days Work Week, 8am - 5pm Career DevelopmentRemuneration: \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm \xe2\x80\xa2 Entitled to Annual Leave 14 Days, Medical Leave 14 Days, Dental Allowance \xe2\x80\xa2 Location : Walking Distance to Macpherson MRTJob Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least Diploma and above \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 4 years working experience in related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle full spectrum of HR function \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivation to get tasks done independentlyResponsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Payroll related matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and handle employee\xe2\x80\x99s records \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee\xe2\x80\x99s attendance \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer training related matters including coordination or enrollment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team from time to time \xe2\x80\xa2 Order and top up of office stationery or pantry necessary needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
